A mechanical watch is a finely tuned instrument. Regular servicing helps its moving parts work efficiently, limits wear, and keeps timekeeping at its best. We generally recommend servicing every four or five years.
Our network includes qualified watchmakers in New Zealand, Australia, and Switzerland who can carry out the appropriate work and source original replacement parts. We can also advise on sending a watch directly to its Swiss manufacturer.
Service and repair work is guaranteed for 12 months. Examination and repair quotes are free.

Care down to the smallest detail.
The movement is dismantled, cleaned, lubricated, reassembled, and tested. Worn parts or seals may be replaced as needed. The case and bracelet can also be refinished as an optional extra.
Once reassembled, timing is checked and adjusted across several positions to help the watch perform accurately on the wrist.
